Dink Powder (Churna)

Dink (also known as 'edible gum', or 'Gond', or 'Tragacanth') is a natural resin obtained from the sap of plants, appearing as small, hardened, translucent crystals. Commonly used in Indian cuisine—especially in winter—it is primarily used to make nutritious dink ladoo for joint health, energy, and postpartum recovery. 

• Uses: It is famously used in traditional Indian sweets, specifically dinkache ladoo (edible gum ladoos), which are often consumed for warmth in winter and postpartum nutrition.
