 Akkalkara (also known as Akarkara or Pellitory) is a powerful medicinal herb widely used in Ayurveda, Unani, and Siddha medicine. Botanically known as Anacyclus pyrethrum, it is most famous for its "tingling" effect and its ability to act as a potent stimulant.
