Our grass-fed Indian desi cow milk is used to make our ghee, which is 100% natural and free of lactose. Using a microbial culture, our Desi cows' premium A2 milk is first made into curd. After that, we use the Ayurvedic Bilona Method to churn the curd for hours in order to separate the butter, which is then heated up to create ghee. We use 25 litres of milk to make 1 litre of ghee. Agmark A2 ghee from Green Pharmacy is pure, unadulterated goodness without any added colors, preservatives, or alterations. Most people who have lactose or casein sensitivity can safely consume A2 cultured desi cow ghee as it is easy to digest and gluten-free.
