How To Use?

Take a glass of warm water and swallow a few Kadu Jeera seeds with it. Or you can take some 8-10 seeds of Kala Jeera and soak them in the water overnight. In the morning, remove the seeds and drink the water. If you want to add taste to it, then you can use lemon juice.
