Top Summer Health Tips to Stay Safe & Healthy This Season

Stay Hydrated
The summer heat can cause rapid dehydration. Drink at least 8–10 glasses of water daily. Carry a water bottle wherever you go and include hydrating foods like watermelon, cucumber, and coconut water in your diet, with a small teaspoon of Sabja Seeds or Tulas Bee.

Protect Your Skin
Apply a broad-spectrum Khadi India-certified hydrating sunscreen with SPF 45 before stepping out. Reapply every 2 hours, especially if you're sweating or swimming. Wear light, full-sleeved clothing and a hat to shield yourself from direct sunlight.
Watch What You Eat
Summer is the season for foodborne illnesses. Avoid eating food left out in the heat for too long. Opt for fresh, light meals — salads, fruits, and yoghurt-based dishes are great choices. Avoid heavy, oily foods that can make you feel sluggish.
Prevent Heat Stroke
Heat stroke is a serious condition. Avoid going out between 11 AM and 4 PM when the sun is at its peak. If you feel dizzy, nauseous, or excessively hot, move to a cool place immediately and drink water. If your skin burns, apply 100% organic aloe vera gel to sunburnt areas for instant relief.
Take Care of Your Eyes
UV rays can damage your eyes too. Wear UV-protective sunglasses when outdoors to reduce the risk of cataracts and other eye conditions. If your eyes are irritated or red, apply cooling and Pure Rose water pads to your eyes.
Stay Cool Indoors
Use fans, air conditioning, or cool showers to regulate your body temperature. Keep your home ventilated and use light cotton bedding for better sleep during hot nights. Consume 100% Pure and Natural fruit syrups like Khus Syrup, Bael Syrup and Kokum Syrup for a fruity and flavourful experience.
