CANCELLATION POLICY
- In case of cancellation of you will be charged 2.5% as payment gateway charges and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder.
- No refund once the products are ready to ship.
RETURNS POLICY
- Products returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging, within 7 calendar days of the delivery date are liable for exchange.
- All products to be exchanged must be accompanied by the original receipt.
- Postage will not be refunded.
- The liable products will take one to two weeks to exchange products.
- Items can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.
